If you have ever visited Tyndale’s Campus Store (formerly known as “Tyndale Bookstore”), you might have been greeted by the friendly faces of Misa Mochinaga, manager, and Diana Loach, assistant. Together, this diligent duo has more than 40 years of Christian retail experience – and it shows. Whether you need a textbook or mask or want to display your Tyndale pride by wearing a Tyndale sweatshirt, the Campus Store has you covered. And there’s a lot more to the store than meets the eye. Here are five interesting facts you may not know:

Profits support the Tyndale community.

“There’s a misconception that the store is owned by another company or person, but it belongs to the school,” explains Misa. “One way to support Tyndale is to buy or order things from the Campus Store because any profit made after deducting operational costs goes back to the school, benefitting the Tyndale community.”

The store offers fast shipping and curbside pickup.

Spend over $79 for free shipping across Canada. Typically, the turn-around time between orders and shipping is 24 to 48 hours (although it may take longer in peak seasons). International shipping is also available.

The Campus Store is one of the only three theological bookstores in Canada.

“We carry solid theological resources for those who want to deepen not only their own faith but also that of their community,” says Diana. “We offer textbooks as well as resources for pastors and the Church.”

The store is not just for students; all are welcome to shop!

“The goal is to be able to contribute to the life, growth and development of churches, para-church organizations and ministries,” says Misa. Spread the word to all your contacts!

Personal customer service will help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Misa started working at the store in 2000 and Diana joined in 2017 after having worked with Christian publishers and Christian retail for 21 years. They are both well known in the industry and delight in what they do. “When we’re able to put in the customer’s hands the resources they need at that time to take the next step in their lives, it brings us joy,” says Misa.

Shopping at the Campus Store is a great way to support the Christian book industry, the Tyndale community and Christian education at the same time. Merchandise available includes clothing, masks, cups, books, textbooks and other items at competitive pricing.
