80–20 Day is a special campus-wide celebration that reflects how the Tyndale experience is made possible—and we warmly invite alumni and supporters to join us on this day.

As a private, not-for-profit university, Tyndale does not receive government funding. About 80% of our operating costs are covered by tuition, while the remaining 20% is made possible through the faithful generosity of alumni and donors. 80–20 Day highlights this vital partnership and celebrates the role you play in shaping students’ lives and sustaining Tyndale’s mission.

This day is also an opportunity to connect with current students, hear their stories, and see firsthand the impact of your support.

Join Us on Campus Begin the day at Community Chapel, then continue the celebration in the Dining Hall from 12:15–1:30 p.m. for lunch, activities, and time to meet students and the Tyndale community.

$5 Lunch for a Purpose Enjoy burgers, a drink, and chips for $5. Lunch is sponsored by Alumni Relations, and 100% of proceeds will go directly toward a student bursary to be granted in Fall 2026. That’s right – a future student will be directly impacted by the collective efforts of the Tyndale community on 80-20 Day!
