As businesses scale, complexity increases.
Decision-making becomes more demanding.
Trade-offs carry greater consequence.
Alignment across leadership, strategy, and operations becomes more difficult to sustain.
At this stage, the central challenge is no longer growth alone. It is organisational coherence—ensuring that decisions, structures, and systems remain aligned as the business evolves.
The Redemptive Business Studio (Ottawa) is designed to address this challenge.
Program Overview
The Studio is a structured working environment for founders and leadership teams to examine how their business is currently operating.
Participants engage their own business model—not a case study—using the Redemptive Business Canvas™ as a practical framework to assess alignment across leadership, strategy, and operations.
The focus is not theoretical instruction, but applied analysis—clarifying how the business functions in practice and where misalignment is emerging.
In this context, redemptive alignment refers to the alignment of business model, leadership decisions, and team execution—so that what leaders believe is consistently reflected in how the organisation operates.
The Studio is designed to help leaders achieve this alignment before misalignment becomes embedded in structure and scale.
