Dr. Sharon Simmonds is committed to personal, team, and organizational development with Christian leaders and leadership groups. She serves in her local church and works as an independent contractor to equip God's people through coaching, teaching, writing, and facilitating. In her previous role with Arrow Leadership, Sharon directed leadership development programs, wrote Who Am I?: A devotional journey for you to soar in your identity in Christ, and co-authored Great Mentoring for Real Life Change
