Returning Resident Application

Tyndale   »   Residence

We are excited you are interested in living in residence again. The Returning Resident Application is for Tyndale students who are currently living or have lived in residence at Tyndale during Fall and/or Winter semester within the past 2 years and want to continue living in residence the coming academic year.

Tyndale students are required to apply each academic year they want to live in residence. Residency is not guaranteed from academic year to academic year.

Applying to move in beginning in the Fall Term (September)

As Tyndale continues to plan for Fall 2020, our decision-making continues to be guided by a set of principles established by the Campus Reopening & Student Experiences Task Force. Top amongst these principles is our commitment to the health and safety of the Tyndale community. Tyndale University will not offer residence to new, returning and international students for Fall 2020. We are hopeful that we will be able to offer residence starting in January for the Winter 2021 term. We will be reaching out to all students who submitted a residence application and deposit for more information.

Applying to move in beginning in the Winter Term (January)

You may apply for residence for the Winter term at any time prior to the beginning of the term. Space is limited and applications will be reviewed based on available space. Notification of acceptance into residence will be sent as available.

Submit Returning Resident Application

Please note that before your application for residence can be considered, your financial account must be up to date.

Please do not assume that you have been accepted into residence unless expressly written in an email. Tyndale reserves the right to deny a request of residence without explanation.

Residence Deposit

If your residence deposit has been kept on file to be carried forward to the next academic year, you will not need to submit another deposit. If you do not have a deposit on file, then a residence deposit must be paid to confirm your room. The deposit will need to be paid after you have been accepted into residence.
