MUSC 101 ‐ Workshop in Musicianship I (3 credit hours)
The first course in a four-semester sequence studying notational, harmonic, and compositional practices of the Western music tradition. Correlated components of this course include ear training, sight singing, and music technology.
MUSC 201 ‐ Workshop in Musicianship II (3 credit hours)
The second course in a four-semester sequence studying notational, harmonic, and compositional practices of the Western music tradition. Correlated components of this course include ear training, sight singing, and music technology. Prerequisite: MUSC 101. Exclusion: MUSC 303.
MUSC 304 ‐ Advanced Workshop in Musicianship I (3 credit hours)
The third course in a four-semester sequence studying notational, harmonic, and compositional practices of the Western music tradition. Correlated components of this course include ear training, sight singing, and music technology. Prerequisite: MUSC 201. Exclusion: MUSC 401.
MUSC 404 ‐ Advanced Workshop in Musicianship II (3 credit hours)
The fourth course in a four-semester sequence studying notational, harmonic, and compositional practices of the Western music tradition. Correlated components of this course include ear training, sight singing, and music technology. Prerequisite: MUSC 304.
