Canadian Christian leaders face challenges from a survival mentality to monocultural constraints and the risk of disengagement among second-generation members. They need skills and insights to navigate and lead effectively in diverse and intercultural contexts. This course is one of the four core courses in the Intercultural Leadership Diploma and Certificate Program offered by the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries Centre at Tyndale University and Seminary.
The people who will take this course are Canadian Christian leaders, both white and racialized leaders who work in diverse and intercultural contexts in churches, community organizations, non-profit ministries across Canada.
