Kevin Kirk appointed VP, External Relations and Chief Enrollment Officer

Toronto Ontario: For Immediate Release - Tyndale University College and Tyndale Seminary is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Kevin Kirk as Vice President, External Relations and Chief Enrollment Officer. Mr. Kirk will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies for raising Tyndale’s position as a leader in Christian post-secondary higher education in Canada through Tyndale’s fundraising, student recruitment, admissions and marketing initiatives.

Mr. Kirk returned to Tyndale in 2011 as the Senior Director of Development and Community Relations. In the past 5 years, he successfully built a new department and led his team to meet our ever-rising fundraising goals. He was promoted to Senior Director, External Relations and Chief Enrollment Officer. In this role, he restructured the Admissions department, was instrumental in developing a one-stop shop for student services and led his teams to increase enrollment while continuing to meet fundraising objectives.

Mr. Kirk brings 24 years of experience in Christian higher education. He has extensive experience in enrollment management, marketing, strategic planning, fundraising, recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration and research. Mr. Kirk has served in senior leadership at three institutions and his board experience includes service on several boards of both national and North American organizations. His expertise has been called on by many organizations where he has consulted in the areas of strategic planning and auditing their structures and processes to improve effectiveness and create efficiencies.

Mr. Kirk graduated from Tyndale University College with a Bachelor of Religious Studies and Tyndale Seminary with a Master of Theological Studies. He went on to attain a Master of Business Administration from the University of Leicester in England.
