Bob Stiles

Bob Stiles believes Spiritual Direction is a ministry of questions: Who is God for you? How might you be more aware of the presence of God in the everyday moments of life? My own experience as a spiritual directee has lead from an outward life of busyness towards an inward life of stillness with God. I have been a lay leader in an ecumenical Baptist church and a member in three other denominations. I briefly studied counselling after many years of involvement in both Christian and secular 12-Step programs. Following a successful career as an executive in the investment advisory business, the past seven years have been a journey learning to live with “downward mobility” imposed by treatments for cancer.
