About Grace Buddington
Grace has worked 20 years in the Youth Criminal Justice System and Mental Health Services. She is a caring and empathetic Children & Youth Ministry Leader in her church, committed to seeing children and youth grow to their full potential in Christ. Grace’s approach to therapy is client-centered and applies an anti-oppressive framework. She uses approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Mindfulness/Grounding Techniques. Grace has experience with issues including anxiety, bullying, behavioral issues, depression, family conflict, spirituality/faith issues, low self- esteem, loss and grief, transition, self-injury and suicidal ideation. Grace is a proud mother of three wonderful children ages 8, 16, and 20 years. In her leisure time she enjoys cooking, decorating and going to the movies with her amazing husband of 21 years.
