Maria Stuart

Maria creates a safe place for people to be themselves, to have their voices heard, and to process their journeys. She desires to help people discover the strength to step forward and reach their own goals, however big or small. Maria is available to meet with individuals, couples and families. She is comfortable working with people from different backgrounds. Maria uses an integrative approach to counselling including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and client-centered therapy.
