About Rachael Cruz
Rachael embraces an empathetic, curious, and non-judgemental approach to connecting
with others. Together with her clients, she seeks to create a warm and collaborative space to explore their thoughts, emotions, fears, experiences, hopes and wonderings. Rachael has a background in mentoring young adults, working in early childhood education and in administration roles in church ministry. Having worked and lived in various countries, she has engaged with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Rachael uses an integrative approach, drawing from Family Systems Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Relational Therapy. Rachael has experience in helping people with anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, self-esteem/confidence, faith and spirituality, life balance, cultural adjustment, parenting and life transitions.
In her free time, Rachael enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her husband and two young children.
