Our decisions determine the path of our lives. When we follow the world's agenda, success is achieved by maximizing our performance, accumulating possessions and seeking positions of envy and influence. This approach to life stands in direct contrast to Paul's instruction; Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

We as Christian believers trust in an incarnate God – a God who came in the flesh to live and dwell among us. How wondrous is this!! We like Jesus, live enfleshed – we walk this path of faith, in and through our bodies. Our body is wondrous, our body is wise (essential for discerning our path) and in and through our body we give witness to and participate in, Christ’s ways in the world. To commune with God fully and deeply and with each other, the earth and our very self, requires that we connect with our bodies.
