Biography

Dorothy is a former lawyer, executive and senior leader in a multicultural church, Dorothy is currently serving as the Director of the Tyndale Intercultural Ministries (TIM) Centre.  She facilitates learning for leaders who are leading in intercultural spaces.  She holds a Certificate in Intercultural Studies from UBC and is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a certified facilitator of the Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) assessment.  She describes her teaching style as highly interactive, cultivating self-awareness and surfacing shared insights.
