Opportunity Description
This internship will provide the student with training in being an effective member and leader of a church-based music ministry. The role will include active and regular participation in Sunday morning music practices and services, light assigned reading, an independent project, and regular meetings with the Senior Pastor and Director of Administration and Music. Subjects of training will focus on the practical application of a biblical understanding of the theology of worship and music ministry. This will include training on music leadership, basic audio-visual training, and music administration.
It is the goal of WTBC to equip this intern to be able to provide music service that is faithful to God's Word, skilled in its practice, and above all, magnifies the glory of God among His people.
