For help getting your email signature setup, please contact the Information Technology (IT) Department.

File Name Patterns

The logo files use a specific file name pattern to help you know what the file includes — here are some examples:

  • tyndale-university-logo-vert-colour-print.eps
  • tyndale-university-logo-hor-white-print.eps
  • tyndale-university-logo-hor-colour-screen-xl.png
  • tyndale-university-crest-colour.png

The first part is obvious, it is either the Tyndale University logo or the Tyndale University Crest (see examples below.) The second part indicates whether the logo is the horizontal (-hor) or the vertical (-vert) version of the logo. The third section indicates whether the logo is a colour (-colour), black (-black) or white (-white) version. The forth section indicates whether the file has been coloured for the screen (-screen) or print (-print). Some files will also have an optional size indicator such as -sm, -md, -lg or -xl. The last part of the filename is the file type (eps, png or svg) —if you are not sure what you need, choose the .png version. View file type information
