Learning Objectives
The believer is in a real battle. There tends to be two extremes when it comes to demons, the devil, and spiritual warfare. One extreme—everything is the devil. It is all the devil’s fault. The other extreme is the antithesis. The devil and demons are non-existent and I need not concern myself with them.
Jesus fought the devil one on one. The gospels tell the story of Jesus’ defeat of Satan. If Jesus fought the devil, we can expect to do battle with evil beings as well.
This spiritual warfare module will help you:
- Understand the battlefield and who is fighting who
- Understand demonic and satanic strategies
- Understand strongholds, generational patterns, and signature sins
- Then we will learn how to battle demons and evil powers and how Christ has secured complete and total victory for the believer
- Effective prayer
- Power encounters

Rev. Peter W Cusick
Peter has been a pastor since 1978 and has pastored three churches during that time. He is a Certified Spiritual Director with an active practice serving the spiritual needs of individuals and groups—with a special emphasis to other pastors and ministers. He founded and is the director of Beside Peaceful Streams Inc., a ministry of prayer, soul care, and spiritual direction. He has co-authored The BluePrint and self-published Prayers and Reflections Volume 1 and Lord Teach us to Pray.
