This Module will explore the history of the notion of disability. You will learn how to think about what it means to have a body and to be human. You will also reflect on the importance of caring for individuals with disabilities and what it means to cultivate hospitality and friendship.

Five Wishes is an established, guided conversation that helps you identify your personal, emotional, spiritual, and medical preferences for the end of life. It also helps you choose a trusted person to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so.

“A Day in the Life” is a unique on-campus experience designed to give prospective students an authentic look at what it means to be a student at Tyndale University. Prospective undergraduate students will be paired with current students who will serve as hosts for the day.

rtnership with the Canadian Bible Society, will be holding a one-day colloquium on Friday, October 30, 2026 to celebrate the 500th anniversary of William Tyndale’s 1526 translation of the New Testament. Tyndale’s translation was a monumental achievement that shaped the Reformation in England, all future English translations of the Bible, and the English language itself. We are looking forward to  hearing from scholars across multiple disciplines as we explore many aspects of William Tyndale; his life, his translation, and his roles as linguist, translator, biblical scholar, theologian, and English reformer.

This module will explore the marks and means of spiritual formation, with particular emphasis on how to build and regimen of spiritual disciplines appropriate to one's personality, stage of faith and season of life.

During our inaugural Evening with the Author event, you will meet Dr. Aimee Patterson, a Christian ethicist with The Salvation Army Ethics Centre and an adjunct faculty member at Booth University College.

Beginning Friday evening, guests are paired with host students and enjoy a fun event together. After spending the night in residence, the next day begins with a community breakfast to prepare you for the day, where you will discover program options, application information, and funding possibilities; explore the campus; and eat lunch with current students and faculty.

This module will explore the diverse ways in which men and women express grief and adapt to loss. We will examine mourning practices across various cultures and consider a range of strategies for navigating grief. The aim is to deepen the sensitivity and understanding we bring to the experience of death and to the care of those who mourn.
