Dr. Ben Witherington, Keynote at the Wesley Studies Symposium
World-renowned New Testament scholar, Ben Witherington III, gave the keynote address for the ninth annual Wesley Studies Symposium held at Tyndale last week. Dr. Witherington is the Amos Professor of New Testament for Doctoral Studies at Asbury Theological Seminary and a member of the doctoral faculty at St. Andrews University in Scotland. He is considered one of the top evangelical scholars in the world and has written over fifty books, including The Jesus Quest and The Paul Quest, both of which were selected as top biblical studies works by Christianity Today.
