SUMMER VACATION
To complete the M.Div. requirements, the student will need to take an additional six electives. These are open to the discretion of the student. (For students who have taken New Testament Greek at the undergraduate level, or received an exemption by passing the Greek exam, there are two additional Bible electives needed to fulfill the degree requirements for graduation.)
- Many denominations have courses in denominational history and polity that are required for ordination. It is recommended that the student use these electives to fulfill those requirements.
- The student may also use these courses to develop a major or concentration in a particular area of interest to them.
- Students may also choose to use these electives to develop a tailor made mix of courses designed to meet their ministry needs and interests.
