This webinar will focus on two empirically supported couple therapy approaches: 1) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Couples, and 2) Integrative Behaviour Couple Therapy (IBCT). An overview of CBT for Couples will include assessment, key interventions and treatment sequence. A review of IBCT will cover formulation as well as acceptance and change strategies. Death and dying can present an opportunity for personal and spiritual growth as we explore our losses and share our grief. In order to do this, we need to consider the ten essential factors to help the healing process to occur.
