Couples Therapy Approaches

This webinar will focus on two empirically supported couple therapy approaches: 1) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Couples, and 2) Integrative Behaviour Couple Therapy (IBCT). An overview of CBT for Couples will include assessment, key interventions and treatment sequence. A review of IBCT will cover formulation as well as acceptance and change strategies. Introduction to Death and Dying (Module 1)

This module will be an exploration of the various attitudes towards death and an examination of the reactions to loss as expressed through grief. Death and dying can present an opportunity for personal and spiritual growth as we explore our losses and share our grief. In order to do this, we need to consider the ten essential factors to help the healing process to occur.

This is an introductory program in Disability Theology. Students will examine the realities of living with a disability in contemporary society and their theological and spiritual implications. These modules will also delve into a practical theology regarding living and working with individuals with disabilities and their incorporation into our spiritual communities.
