Dr. Martin Mittelstadt is Professor of New Testament at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri (2000). His publications on Luke-Acts include The Evolution of a Pentecostal Scholar: Twenty Years in Luke-Acts (Leiden: Brill, Forthcoming),  Reading Luke-Acts in the Pentecostal Tradition (Cleveland, TN: CPT Press, 2010) and Spirit and Suffering in Luke-Acts: Implications for a Pentecostal Pneumatology (London: T & T Clark, 2004). He is a past president for the Society for Pentecostal Studies and member of the current PCCNA / USSCB dialogue. Born in Winnipeg, he is an avid Jets fan and as a graduate of Marquette University, a rabid MU BB fan.

Dr. Mittelstadt is teaching a course on Acts of the Apostles in Spring & Summer 2024.
