Designed for leaders who work with families in the immigrant church setting. Study of the theology and principles behind family ministry and youth ministry. Students will acquire practical ways to establish family and/or youth ministries in their church. Issues related to the life stages of the individuals and families will be covered. Contemporary Canadian youth/parent issues will be explored, with special focus on the multicultural church context. Issues related to counselling the youth and their parents will also be discussed.
