Teresa Chang is the Senior Vice President, Finance at Starlight Investments, a real estate asset management company. She leads the CORE Finance team in overseeing standardized financial operations and reporting across four business lines in both multifamily and commercial real estate. She is recognized for her ability to unite teams, streamline complex processes, and guide organizations through major financial transformation and growth, including Starlight’s expansion into the UK.

She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising clients on IFRS transitions, supporting M&A activity, and managing complex global audits across multiple industries. Beyond her corporate leadership, Teresa is an entrepreneur at heart. She co founded a probiotic food establishment in downtown Toronto that became a beloved local favourite and was featured in Toronto Life for five consecutive years. The experience strengthens her ability to think creatively and problem solve.
