Wilson is a versatile leader and Director at RBC, where he oversees high-stakes initiatives across Commercial Banking, Strategy, and Digital Transformation. Building on a professional foundation in Engineering, Business Development, and International Project Management at Celestica, he brings a broad perspective on governance, emerging risks, fiduciary oversight, and strategic planning to the Board.

An active alumnus of the University of Toronto, Wilson holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management alongside MEng and BASc degrees. He is a committed community leader, serving as an elder and Board member at his local church and on committees within the Presbytery. He is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and institutional sustainability in alignment with his professional and personal calling.

Wilson and his wife Esther live in downtown Toronto and enjoy outdoor activities with their dog, travel and diverse culinary experiences.
